About Column Display
You can modify your table display using individual actions within the tables or by opening the Column Display window. The following table describes the actions you can do:

Reorder columns
Click the column heading that you want to move, and drag-and-drop the column left or right to the desired location. The new order is maintained whenever you view the table.

Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons.

The Markup column cannot be moved.
Resize column width
Click the separator between the columns and drag-and-drop to the preferred size. The new sizing is maintained whenever you view the table.
Sort rows by columns
Click the column heading for that attribute. The table sorts in ascending order. Click the column again to sort in descending order. An indicator appears to distinguish the column by which the table is sorted. The new order is maintained whenever you view the table.
Insert or remove table columns
Right-click any column heading. A list of attributes appear. A checkmark displays next to attributes that currently appear as columns in the table. Select a checked attribute if you want to remove the column from the table. Select an unchecked attribute if you want to add it as a table column.

Use Show and Hide buttons.

Some columns are mandatory and cannot be hidden from the table.
Freeze columns while scrolling others
Use the Freeze and Un-Freeze buttons.

Drag-and-drop columns to the frozen column area (far left) of the table.
