Retrieve Log Files from HoloLens Devices
You can retrieve log files to help troubleshoot issues with either Vuforia Capture or Vuforia Vantage using the following steps.
1. Open File Explorer on your HoloLens device.
2. Navigate to <HoloLens Name> > Internal Storage > Videos.
3. You should see directories for both Vuforia Capture and Vuforia Vantage. Inside each directory is a Logs/ directory.
4. From there, you can obtain log files for either app.
