Other Alarm Options
Edit Alarm
To edit an alarm, select it from the main Alarm Configuration display and click Edit in the action toolbar.
For Step one: General Configuration, Name and Assigned Equipment are read-only fields and cannot be changed.
Conditions, actions, and escalation rows are read-only. Click

To clone an alarm from the main Alarm Configuration display, select the alarmand click Clone in the action toolbar.

1. Enter a unique name for the new alarm.
2. Change any other filed values as needed.
Enable/Disable Alarm
Disabling an alarm turns off its triggered actions but does notdelete the alarm.
The main Alarm Configuration display grid shows an icon on each alarm for its enabled/disabled status. Enabled alarms have a green checkmark (
), while disabled alarms have a red circle backslash symbol(
).
), while disabled alarms have a red circle backslash symbol().To change the status, select the alarm in the grid and do one of the following:
• If the alarm is disabled, click Enable in the action toolbar.
• If the alarm is enabled, click Disable in the action toolbar.
Delete Alarm
To delete an alarm, select it on the main Alarm Configuration display and click Delete in the action toolbar.
A confirmation popup will display. Click Delete to continue.
