Clock
Use the Clock trigger to run a workflow automatically at a particular date or time. To create an event for Clock, complete the following steps:
1. Place the pointer on the start icon , and then click or double-click . A list of triggers appears.
2. Select Clock. In the trigger configuration window, do one of the following:
If a trigger is already created, select an existing trigger, and then click SAVE.
To create a new trigger, click Create a new event for Clock, and then proceed with the following steps.
3. Edit the Trigger Label, if needed.
4. In the Trigger Type list, select an event, and perform its respective task:

Once—Runs the associated workflow automatically at the specified date and time.
a. In the Date field, set the date in YYYY-MM-DD format.
b. In the Time field, set time in HH:MM AM/PM or HH:MM format, such as 01:00 PM or 13:00.
c. In the Timezone field, select an appropriate time zone.
Repeat—Runs the given workflow at defined intervals.
In the Runs on every field, select the time interval to run the workflow.
Repeat From—Runs the workflow at the specified date and time, after which it runs at defined intervals.
a. In the Date field, set the date in YYYY-MM-DD format.
b. In the Time field, set time in HH:MM AM/PM or HH:MM format such as 01:00 PM or 13:00.
c. In the Timezone field, select an appropriate time zone.
d. In the Runs on every field, select the time interval to run the workflow.
Repeat From To—Runs the workflow at defined intervals within a specified date and time range.
a. Enter the Date and Time information in the Starts On and Stops At section.
b. In the Timezone field, select an appropriate time zone.
c. In the Runs on every field, select the time interval to run the workflow.
5. Click SAVE.
