Install ThingWorx Navigate
Once you are done exporting the non-Navigate entities and the configuration from the source ThingWorx Navigate version, perform an installation of ThingWorx Navigate 9.x.

Licensing
My Tasks, the first task in the Change Management Tasks Collection, was introduced in ThingWorx Navigate 8.5. If you are upgrading from ThingWorx Navigate 1.8.x or 1.9.x, you will need to retrieve a new license file—ThingWorx Navigate Contribute License—in order to access this task. See the License ThingWorx Navigate topic in the ThingWorx Navigate 8.5 Help Center for detailed instructions on licensing.

Users in the Contribute License group will have access to all View tasks. It is, therefore, not required to add a user to both View and Contribute License groups.
