To install ThingWorx Analytics or Analytics Extension, you must have administrative permissions on the system where you are installing.
Where to Find Other Installation Information
ThingWorx Analytics includes multiple components which can be installed using two different installers: Analytics Server and Platform Analytics. Each installer is available for both Linux and Windows environments. The Help Center provides instructions for each of the following installer packages:

Information about Installing with TLS
If you plan to use TLS support for connections to any Analytics Server components, review and complete the relevant tasks in the following sections before you begin the installation:
For a demonstration of the installation procedure with TLS enabled, see the video below. It walks-through of the installation and provides information about generating the required TLS certificates and truststores.
