故障排除
如果 License Server 安装失败：
• 请检查 License Server 安装目录 <License_Installation_Dir>\PTCEswlm\log 中提供的日志。
• 确保满足所有先决条件。
• 确保许可证文件有效，并且具有正确的参数，例如主机名、主机 ID 和 daemon 路径。
如果应用程序未启动 (即使 License Server 以及 daemon 状态均为 up) 且显示 Error while fetching the license 错误，请联系管理员。检查以下内容：
• 对于 Windows
1. 从 <License_Installation_Dir>\PTCEswlm\bin 运行 lmtools.exe。
2. 转至的 Server Status 选项卡，然后单击 Perform Status Enquiry。License Server 和 daemon 显示状态必须为 "UP"。
3. 添加将被 ptc_e daemon 厂商在 license server 安装文件夹的许可证文件中用于通信的 TCP 端口。可以在 LMTools 的 Config Services 选项卡中检查许可证文件路径。
如果未设置端口，则每次启动 License Server 时会自动分配端口。
4. 将 port=[port_number] 添加到许可证文件中的 daemon 路径。例如，DAEMON ptc_e "C:\Program Files\PTC\FLEXnet AdminLicense Server\ptc_e\ptc_e.exe" port=61244
• 转至 LMTools 的 Start/Stop/Reread 选项卡。单击 ReRead License File。

• 对于 Linux
1. 请转至 <License_Installation_Dir>/PTCEswlm/bin 并运行以下命令：
./lmutil lmstat -a -c ../ptc_e/license.dat
此操作将显示 License Server 和 daemon 的状态。
2. 添加将被 ptc_e daemon 厂商在 license server 安装文件夹的许可证文件中用于通信的 TCP 端口。如果未设置端口，则每次启动 License Server 时会自动分配端口。
3. 将 port=[port_number] 添加到许可证 license.dat 文件中的 daemon 路径，该文件位置如下：
<License_Installation_Dir>/PTCEswlm/ptc_e
例如，DAEMON ptc_e "/app/inservice/PTCEswlm/ptc_ e/ptc_e" port=61244。
4. 重新读取许可证文件。
a. 通过导航至 <License_Installation_Dir>/PTCEswlm/bin 文件夹停止 License Server，并运行 ./lmutil lmdown -q -c ../ptc_e/license.dat 命令。
b. 通过导航至 <License_Installation_Dir>/PTCEswlm/bin 文件夹启动 License Server，并运行 ./lmgrd -t 30 -c ../ptc_e/license.dat 命令。
安装 Servigistics InService 时，如果选择退出配置许可证，请执行以下步骤：
1. 在 Servigistics InService 的文本编辑器中打开 InService_configurator_<build#>.xml 文件。该文件位于 Servigistics InService 安装文件夹 INS_HOME\InS_Data\Data\System\Config 中。
2. 通过仅替换主机名和端口号来修改此文件，以使其指向新安装的 License Server：
