Servigistics InService Administration
The Servigistics InService administration home page provides administrators access to the administrative utilities. Launch the administration home page using the following URL: http://<hostname>:<port>/InService/delivery/scadmin.jsp. For more information, see Launching Servigistics InService.
Utility
Description
Allows the administrator to set preferences for system behavior.
Allows the administrator to grant privileges and control access to parts and service information for different user communities.
Allows the administrator to create and manage service groups, including defining the license configuration for offline systems.
Allows the administrator to add and delete users from Servigistics InService.
Allows administrators to add custom attributes to PTC-provided Servigistics InService types.
Allows the administrator to view and manage the data packages available for download or distribution to offline systems.
Provides the administrator access to utilities used for monitoring and maintaining system servers.
Click a utility button to launch that utility. From within any administrative utility, return to the administration home page in one of the following ways:

The following actions are available from the menu icon :
Choose a Service Group—Allows the administrator to switch between service groups, and performing administrative actions at the service group level. Select from the list of available service groups in the Choose a Service Group window. All service groups of which the current user is a member or an administrator are available for selection. To switch to a different service group, select Choose a Service Group from the menu icon again, and select a different service group. Return to the Servigistics InService level administration home page by clicking the blue arrow , or by selecting OEM in the Choose a Service Group window.
Export Service Groups—Allows the administrator to generate a report of summarizing user affiliation with service groups and profiles.
About—Displays the software copyright and Servigistics InService build information.
Help—Open the administration help.
Changing the Language
The Servigistics InService user interface is available in multiple languages. To change the language in which the interface is displayed, click the language name displayed at the top of the interface. From the list of available languages, click the desired language.
