Reports
The
Reports utility allows administrators to generate a report summarizing user affiliation with service groups and profiles, and offline license information.
Servigistics InService administrators can access the
Reports utility from the
System Utilities page, or by selecting
Export Service Groups from the menu icon
.
From the Reports utility, select the information to include in the generated report, and click Export:
• Include one or more individual service groups by selecting the desired service groups
• Include all Servigistics InService users who are not members of a service group by selecting OEM Users
• Include all service groups and users by selecting Select All

On the Export window, edit the file name for the report as needed, and click Save. The default file name is ServiceGroups_<datestamp>.xls.
The generated report is a spreadsheet with tabs displaying the following information:
• Input parameters—the selections used as input parameters for executing the report.
• Service group— details of each service group included in the report.
• Profiles—all profile definitions which exist in the system or the individual service groups included in the report.
• Users—all users defined in the system or individual service group
• User affiliations—mapping of all users to the profiles and service groups included in the report.
• Offline licenses — the offline license activation statuses for the last five occurrences for each activation or installation key for the respective service groups or OEM users.
