Preventive Maintenance - Manage PM Plan
1. Navigate to ServiceMax Setup > App Administration > Configuration Profiles.
2. Click Org Profiles tab.
3. Select the Active profile.
4. Click Settings tab.
5. Expand the module and the submodule to view the relevant settings.

Map PM Plan Cancelation Notes to Canceled Work Orders
When the Packaged Flow for “SMAX - Dynamic PM Plan Work Order Cancelation” is enabled, this setting maps the PM Plan’s ‘Cancelation Notes’ field to the corresponding PM Work Order(s) created from that Plan. To configure where the Cancelation Notes populate upon PM Plan cancelation, enter the API name of a field from the Work Order object.
