Testing Real-Time Sync Configuration
When you configure real-time sync, you can use the predefined Transform Templates that ship with Service Board to configure field mapping, and also create your own custom templates. After this configuration is completed, to confirm that there are no field-mapping issues that might cause sync to fail, you can run the SFDC Real-Time Sync Test operation.
To test real-time sync configuration:
1. In a web browser, open the following URL:
https://<sb_instance_url>/sfdc_realtime_sync_test.
2. Check the output for exceptions and address any issues before you enable real-time sync.
