Stopping Initial Sync

You can stop initial sync execution before processing is complete, for example, in cases where large volumes of data are triggering system issues or filtering adjustments are needed. The Stop Initial Sync operation provides this capability.

To run this operation, you must have the Service Board Integration or System Administrator role.

To stop initial sync:

• On the host system where your Service Board tenant is implemented, open a web browser and enter the following URL:

/stop_init_sync
