Error 16
The value change of Job field Multi-resource field in Service Board is not synced back to SFDC after updating work order related event in SFDC.
In some cases, when Work Order-related Event records are created or updated in Salesforce and data is synced to Service Board, the Multi-Resource field value in the related Job record in Service Board might be updated. To avoid echo, that change is not synced to Salesforce in most cases and this error message appears.
This is expected behavior. Changes are synced back to Salesforce only in the following cases:
The update triggers a status conversion that results in a status change for the target record. For example, when transform template mappings trigger status changes in Salesforce Appointment records, status changes are synced to the related Job records in Service Board, and changes to both Job and Appointment records are synced back to Salesforce.
When Appointment status updates in Service Board trigger status updates in related Job records, changed to both Appointment and Job records are synced to Salesforce.
In cases where the Enable Real-Time Sync for Schedule Duration setting is enabled, when updates to Scheduled Duration field values in Job records trigger recalculation, changes to Job records are synced back to Salesforce.
