This error occurs when Service Board records that are created or updated and synched to Salesforce have relationship data fields that reference Salesforce records that do not exist. The HTTP notification for the relevant create or update event fails, and an error message that includes the string INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_ON_CROSS_REFERENCE_ENTITY-insufficient access rights on cross-reference id appears in the Error Message field.
