Error 10

This error occurs when a custom currency field is added in both Salesforce and Service Board, and any currency that is unavailable in Salesforce is selected.
To resolve Error 10:
1. On the Salesforce Setup page, in the left pane, click > > , and then make a note of the active currencies.
2. In Max Admin, click > > .
3. In the list view, check that the same currencies that are active in Salesforce are also active in Service Board, and then if any are missing, switch to the Currencies (Standard) list view and activate the relevant records.
