Error 10

This error occurs when a custom currency field is added in both Salesforce and Service Board, and any currency that is unavailable in Salesforce is selected.
To resolve Error 10:
1. In Salesforce, navigate to the Setup page, and then in the left pane, under Administer, expand the Company Profile node and click Manage Currencies.
2. Make a note of the active currencies, and then in
Max Admin, on the
System Management (
) launchpad menu, click
Currencies.
3. In the list view, check that the same currencies that are active in Salesforce are also active in Service Board, and if any are missing, switch to the standard view and activate the relevant records.
