Enabling Outbound Queue Logging
Outbound Queue records are created for both failed and successful real-time sync transactions from Salesforce to Service Board. To ease monitoring and issue resolution in high-volume environments, the Enable Outbound Queue Full Log setting is disabled by default, so that successful transaction records are not created. You can enable this setting to create records for all real-time sync transactions.
To enable Outbound Queue logging:
1. In Max Designer, on the Administration () launchpad menu, click Settings, and then in the list view, click Enable Outbound Queue Full Log.
2. On the record page, in the Overview tab, select the Default Value check box, and then in the top left corner, click Save and Close ().
