Disabling Travel Time Calculation for Schedule-Optimized Appointments and Events
When Appointments and Events are synced from Salesforce to Service Board, travel time recalculation is triggered as applicable by default. However, travel times calculated by the Schedule Optmization engine should not be recalculated and overwritten on the Service Board side. To retain travel times in Appointments and Events scheduled by the Schedule Optimization engine on the Salesforce side, you can configure the Bypass Travel Time Recalculation User setting.
To disable travel time calculation for schedule-optimized Appointments and Events:
1. In Max Admin, click User Management (
) > , and then in the list view, click Bypass Travel Time Recalculation User.

By default, the Active check box is selected. When you clear the Active check box, you must manually clear the Default Value field value on the Overview tab. If you select the Active check box again at a later time, you must complete additional steps to populate the Default Value field. To do so, in Max Designer, navigate to the Initial Sync Optimax Setting record, and then in the top right corner, click Options Menu (
