Configuring Scheduling Horizon Calculation
To define how the scheduling horizon for Appointment Proposals and Schedule Proposals is calculated, you can configure the Horizon Calculation setting. This Setting record is shipped with Service Board, and includes the following options:
• Strict Horizon: This is the default value. The scheduling horizon starts at the current time and ends at the same time, for example, 10:00 AM Monday to 10:00 AM Tuesday.
• Current-Day Horizon: The scheduling horizon starts at the current time and ends within defined working hours on the current day, for example, 10:00 AM Monday to 12:00 AM Tuesday.

• This setting does not apply to Current-Day Optimization, which by default uses a scheduling horizon that ends on the current day.
• The currently selected time zone in the Scheduler Calendar is used to determine the start and end times for the scheduling horizon.

To configure scheduling horizon calculation for Appointment Proposals and Schedule Proposals:
1. In Max Designer, click Administration (
