Configuring Real-Time Sync to Salesforce for Recalculated Travel Times
When Appointments and Events are synced from Salesforce to Service Board during real-time sync, travel time recalculation can be triggered in some cases. To avoid circular data sync between Service Board and Salesforce, recalculated travel times are not synced back to Salesforce by default, and are retained only for Appointments and Events in Service Board. To enable or disable this behavior, you can configure the Enable Sync Travel Time Back to Salesforce setting.
To configure real-time sync to Salesforce for recalculated travel times:
1. In
Max Admin, on the
User Management (
) launchpad menu, click
Settings, and then in the list view, click
Enable Sync Travel Time Back to Salesforce.
2. On the record page, on the
Overview tab, do one of the following, and then in the top left corner, click
Save and Close (
).
◦ To enable travel time sync back to Salesforce, select the Default Value check box.
◦ To disable travel time sync back to Salesforce, clear the Default Value check box.
