Work Order Qualification
This section describes how work orders qualify for a dispatch process. When a work order qualifies for a dispatch process, the Dispatch Process field of the work order is updated with the dispatch process ID.
The following sequence describes how and when the Dispatch Process field in the work order is populated.
1. When a work order is created or edited and if all the following are true:
◦ The following work order fields are blank:
▪ Dispatch Process
▪ Technician
▪ Service Team
▪ Scheduled Date Time
▪ Locked By DC
▪ OptiMax Status
◦ Primary Territory matches a territory assigned to an active dispatch process.
◦ The work order qualifies the entry criteria of the dispatch process.
2. The Dispatch Process field is set to the ID of the relevant dispatch process.

When a job run begins, only the work orders that meet both the following criteria are optimized:
• A dispatch process ID is populated in the Dispatch Process field.
• The Scheduled Date Time field value is not in the past.
