Specifying the Start of the Week
The Overnight Stay Policy applies within a weekly timeframe and Start of the week must be defined. If Start of the week is Monday, then the policy is applied from Monday to Sunday. The policy starts again in the subsequent week.
You can specify the start of the week to be considered for the technicians' overnight stay configuration and delivery. You can achieve this using the custom setting SET00888. To specify a day as the start of the week, set the value of the setting to the day.

For example, if the start of the week is set as Monday, the week is calculated from Monday to Sunday. The same is considered for the technician's overnight stay configuration and delivery.

If you do not specify the start of the week using the custom setting, by default Monday is considered the start of the week.
