Scheduling Work Order to Technician of Different Territory
RTO schedules work orders to technicians belonging to the same territory as that of the work order only.
The dispatcher might want to schedule a work order to a technician belonging to a different territory than that of the work order.
For example:
Work order territory is Territory A. Dispatcher has found that the technician Tim is currently located near the work order location and wants to schedule this work order to Tim. However, Tim belongs to Territory B.
In this scenario, dispatcher must manually schedule the work order to the technician belonging to a different territory as per their requirement.
To perform the scheduling, schedule the work order manually as required.
