An Operations Manager configures optimization and capacity rules to reserve defined same-day capacity for urgent Repair and Application work orders. The system:
• Receives Preventive Maintenance and urgent Repair or Application work orders during the same optimization cycle.
• Evaluates priority rules and available technician capacity.
• Reserves protected same-day capacity for high-priority work.
