Overhead Costs
This is the fixed cost incurred when a technician gets scheduled for a work order. A higher value for this may result in the reduction of technicians for servicing the same number of work orders, as long as the cost savings due to this are not offset by the increase in cost because of late arrivals or additional distance traveled.
