Manually Scheduling Work Order
The dispatcher can use Dispatch Console or Service Board to manually schedule work orders while RTO is running. RTO always respects the scheduling performed by the dispatcher.
When the dispatcher creates or reschedules events that result in overlaps with RTO-scheduled work orders:
• RTO reschedules the work orders that it has scheduled to avoid overlap.
• If RTO is unable to move its scheduled work orders because the work orders are within the dispatch threshold time window, event overlaps are displayed on Dispatch console. Dispatcher must resolve those overlaps manually.
