The following are the known issues.
Time Format Limitation
ServiceMax recommends that you use the start time and the end time to define the territory and the technician's business hours. It is not recommended to use the 24-hour format. ServiceMax recommends that you use 00:00 hrs and 23:59 hrs as start and end times if you must specify 24 hours as business hours for a territory or a technician.
Capacity Rule Known Issue
When a dispatch process is initially saved with a capacity rule and then later edited to disable the capacity rule, the capacity rule continues to be applied and populated in the work order despite being disabled.

If you disable the capacity rule, you should delete the existing capacity rule.
