Data Volume Recommendations
This section provides information about the data volume you can use in Schedule Optimization.
The following sections depict the data volume boundary ServiceMax validated for Schedule Optimization. You can change the data combination within this volume. You can decrease the scheduling horizon and increase the number of technicians and vice versa.

ServiceMax recommends that you maintain the Element Count at around 4000 per territory at any given time.
