Creating Work Order from Aquant Case
Use the appropriate SFM Wizard to create a work order from the Aquant Case.
When the work order is created using the SFM Wizard, the following behavior is observed:
• Investigation ID is mapped on the work order.
• The recommended parts are created as Work Detail Lines of type Part.
• The record type Estimate or Usage/Consumption for the Work Detail Lines is determined based on the configuration setting
SET002.
• The recommended solutions are created as Work Detail Lines of type Labor, based on the configuration setting
SET008.
