Asset is Mandatory in Customer Request
In certain situations where customers create workflow that require assets to be linked to a Case or Work Order, the Engage user might skip selecting the asset, which can result in failure to create the Case or Work Order successfully.
To address this issue, a new setting Asset is mandatory is introduced in the Request tab for both Technician Visit and Data Update requests. The admin must enable this setting to allow users to mandatorily select an asset to proceed further.
