Additional Report Types in Asset Spotlight
Administrators can configure the following report types in Asset Spotlight.
Donut chart or Pie chart
Funnel chart
Line chart

Request Cancellation Reason
The Customer Request now displays a confirmation screen and captures the reason for cancellation. This allows the users to take required follow-up action. For more information, see the Viewing Request Screen.

Reduce Request Activity Noise
The users can now view only the relevant updates on the Customer Request. For more information, see the Viewing Request Screen.
Additional Questions in Single Screen
Administrators can now configure the additional questions to display on a single screen in addition to the screen-by-screen display. This reduces the multiple taps on the app for the users. For more information, see Creating Technician Visit and Creating Data Update.
