The Go App did not display created case line records. After uploading a CSV file containing 2,000 product code and serial number entries, the case line records were successfully created, but the Installed Products tab in the Go App failed to load them. Instead, the application became unresponsive. The issue did not occur when 1,500 records were uploaded.
