Recovery from Attachment Sync Failure
Attachment Sync occurs after the Initial Sync is completed and the technician has arrived on the app's home screen.
If Attachment Sync fails, there is currently no way to initiate it separately. The only way to re-initiate Attachment Sync is to reset the app by tapping More > General > Erase Data and Reinitialize App.

Large Output Doc Template
When the technician attempts to create and view an Output document template with very large amounts of data (large images or multiple images) the app may crash. This issue is dependent on factors such as device type, currently available memory, and OS version.

Device Font Size Restrictions
Increasing the font size in the device settings will cause issues in the app's user interface issues. To avoid these issues, it is recommended to use the default font size in the device settings.

The New SFM Designer allows administrators additional configuration options for SFM Formula fields. With these new options, SFM Formulas can be updated "on-load," "on-save," or both.
ServiceMax Go does not support these SFM Formula options, as it was intentionally designed to always update SFM Formula fields in real-time and is not limited to on-load or on-save updating.

When adding multiple new Work Detail lines, they are not sorted as expected.
When you add multiple new Work Detail lines, they are not sorted as expected. The most recent Work Detail line must be added at the bottom in an array of records and the oldest at the top. In this case, the newest Work Detail line gets added to the middle of an array of records.

Re-arranging the order of the navigation tabs is not reflected on the ServiceMax Go app
After re-arranging the order of the navigation tabs on the server using the custom setting and performing Reset App, the changes are not reflected on the Go App.
Workaround: Perform Config Sync for the changes to reflect on the Go App.

The image compression feature does not support the attachment of an image at its actual size.
When attaching an image at its original size, the image's original size varies. Image compression is applied even before the user selects a compression option.

Source object update is not working as expected if the field mapping has a user trunk in the Checklist process.
The Source Object Update configured for a Checklist process field is not working as expected. This is experienced when the field mapping has the user trunk defined on the old designer's Service Flow Manager > Mappings page and the new designer's Checklist Designer > Source Object Update tab.

Samsung Keyboard on Android devices
The Samsung Keyboard that comes pre-installed on Samsung Android devices has widely reported known issues. Amongst other potential issues, for Number fields, the Samsung Keyboard may not display proper decimal separator options based on the user’s chosen language. It is recommended to download and use keyboards from other providers (such as Google Keyboard). No fix is planned in the Go app for Samsung Keyboard issues.

Exif data is not retained when an image is edited using the markup feature
When an image is edited using the markup/annotation feature, the Exif data for the image is not retained.

SFID is displayed instead of the name for event-related lookup fields in the Appointment title and description.
When lookup or related fields or Event object is under in Event Title or Event Description in ServiceMax Mobile Console, the RecordId is displayed instead of the record name in the Go app. This applies to both the ServiceMax event and Salesforce Event.

Some phone numbers are not actionable.
When you long-press the numbers, they must be auto-selected with call options.
The phone number format must include an international area code (+1, +886, and so on) and no hyphens or spaces between the numbers.
