The GO app on Android crashed while technicians attempted to take action on work orders, including changing the status, adding child lines, attaching media, or completing the work order. The crash occurred before the data was saved, resulting in loss of entered information and interruption of the workflow. The issue was caused by a timing conflict in the Google Maps library used by the app, where map markers were being removed while the system was still updating them, which triggered the crash.
