The administrators can now add up to 15 questions that allows users to capture more detailed information when a request is submitted. This enhances the customer interaction and data collection, improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness.
* 
The flow for additional questions currently supports up to 10 questions. To support the new capability of configuring up to 15 questions in a customer request, you must add an additional Action Element to the flow to add the additional questions.
