In the ServiceMax Go app for Windows, the Date and Time fields below the CSR signature were blank on devices running the latest Windows 11 server build. The issue occurred when users accessed a Work Order and opened the Signed Customer Service Report. Upon reaching the Signature section, the expected Date and Time values were not displayed.

The ServiceMax Go App on Windows exhibited slowness and performance issues, with delays observed when users loaded hyperlinks, opened SFMs, switched between tabs within SFMs, and interacted with Done and Save buttons. The app also froze temporarily when users executed actions such as Initiate Onsite or Add Labor or Parts.

ServiceMax Go did not correctly populate the Ship To Location when user created a Parts Order from an estimate if Work Order > Location > Parts Ship To Location was empty. While the mapping worked when the field was populated, other lookup fields functioned correctly, and the app did not fall back to the Work Order > Location value as it does in the web browser.

In Week View, Non–Work Order events that were linked to another object did not open the related record detail page as expected. Instead, selecting the event redirected to the Appointment page, even though Day View and Agenda View correctly opened the related object.

In the ServiceMax Go app for Windows, when users initiated the Send Email action from a work order that had no contact linked, the To field in the email composer was automatically populated with an email address from the parent account’s related contact instead. Despite the value appearing populated, the system did not recognize this address as a valid recipient, and attempts to send the email failed with an Email recipient is missing error. This incorrect pre-population caused the email action to fail when no direct contact was associated with the work order.

In the Windows Go app, the Get Directions functionality failed to work. When users clicked the Get Directions link from a work order preview in the calendar, an error occurred to open the directions because the Bing Maps has been deprecated by Microsoft.
There is a change in the behavior to open the directions using Google Maps in the web browser when users click the get Directions link from a work order.

In ServiceMax Go app version 12.1.2, clicking on a notification such as You have been assigned a Work Order redirected users to the browser instead of opening the record directly within the app. This unintended redirection disrupted the workflow and prevented users from accessing notifications seamlessly inside the Go app.

In the Windows Go app version 12.2.0, technicians attempted to use the Select IP SFM to add and save an IP against a case line, but the action consistently failed with the error There was a problem running custom script. The affected SFM configuration was reviewed and confirmed to be correct, ruling out script misconfiguration. The failure appeared specific to the newer Windows release, where the Save action triggered an execution error that prevented the script from completing. This discrepancy indicated a regression introduced in version 12.2.0 that impacted script handling exclusively on Windows.

Technicians using the Go app performed actions such as initiating travel, starting onsite work, and adding or confirming labor lines while a sync was still in progress. Instead of displaying a validation error immediately, the app allowed the actions to proceed. This led to inconsistent validation behavior, as the system failed to stop users from advancing steps during an active sync, leaving them without the expected error message or guidance to wait.

The issue occurred during the customer service report (CSR) generation on Windows. Instead of rendering formatted content, the CSR included raw HTML markup. This regression surfaced because an upgrade to the Cheerio HTML-parsing library changed its handling of markup, allowing HTML tags to pass through unprocessed into the final report.

The confirmation dialog displayed two buttons both labeled Avbryt (Cancel) instead of showing Fortsett (Continue) for the positive action when technicians ran a configuration sync in the Go app. This incorrect translation for the Continue label from Norwegian to English caused both options to appear identical, preventing users from clearly distinguishing between canceling and proceeding with the sync.

Users experienced severe performance degradation in the Windows Go app when loading the Explore screen, which fetched a large volume of records and caused substantial delays in the installed product search. Subsequent field-service workflows, such as generating identifiers, updating work orders, adding checklists, recording time and materials, and completing repairs, also ran sluggishly, leading to noticeable slowdowns across both online and offline sessions.

Many technicians experienced severe slowness and intermittent freezes in the Windows Go app when performing routine actions, such as initiating onsite tasks or adding labor and parts, which had not occurred on iOS devices and could not be attributed to CPU usage or data volume.
