Zinc Message Notifications
The embedded Zinc allows you to manage the Zinc notifications in the Go app. You can enable the do-not-disturb mode that disables Zinc message notifications on all platforms. You can also mute the notifications.
A red badge is displayed when there are unread conversations. The red badge displays the number of unread conversations in Zinc. The badge is updated immediately when you navigate back to the Go app from the embedded Zinc app.
A notification is displayed on your device screen notification center when a new conversation is created. You can tap the notification to go to the conversation directly. The Zinc notifications do not appear in the Go app notification section.

Note:
• Zinc push notifications appear on your device lock screen only when the initial sync of the Go app and the Zinc data sync is complete.
• Zinc push notifications do not appear in the following scenarios:
◦ You are logged out of the Go app.
◦ Zinc access is revoked.
