Update Conflict
Android and iOS
Update conflict arises when you update the same record on the server as well as on the ServiceMax Go app after its last successful sync. For example, updating the Problem Description field for a work order on the server and on the app with different values, and performing a sync results in an update conflict as shown in the following screenshot.
Keep my device's changes: Select this option if you have to discard the changes made on the server and update the record with your device's changes and click Sync Now.
Keep server's changes: Select this option if you have to discard the changes made on the device and update the record with your server's changes and click Sync Now.
Decide later: Select this option if you want to address this sync error later and allow other sync activities to continue and click Sync Now.
