Installing Go
Android and iOS
To install ServiceMax Go App in the following ways depending on the devices that you use:
For iOS Devices:
1. Search ServiceMax Go on the App Store.
2. Install the app.
For Android Devices:
1. Search ServiceMax Go on Google Play Store.
2. Install the app.
For Non-Public Builds (internal users only):
Contact your respective CAM.

• You must whitelist the https://codepush-smaxprod.azurewebsites.net URL to install or upgrade the Go app to the 11.2.0 version.
• ServiceMax Go is not supported on any virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) or emulator. It works only on physical devices.

Windows
To install the app:
1. Go to Microsoft Store on your Windows device.
2. Search ServiceMax Go on Microsoft Store. The ServiceMax Go app is displayed with details.
3. Click Install. The app is downloaded on your device.

To install the ServiceMax Go app from Microsoft Store, you need a valid Microsoft Account and internet connectivity.

4. Click Launch to open the app.

The app uses hardware resources like a webcam, microphone, and camera allows notifications and accesses location. For the complete list of system resources accessed by the app, see the Additional Information section of the ServiceMax Go app in the Microsoft store.

To update the app:
1. Go to Microsoft Store on your Windows device.
2. Search ServiceMax Go on Microsoft Store. The ServiceMax Go app is displayed with details.
3. Click Update to get the latest version of the app. The latest version of the app is downloaded on your device.

Silent Installation using Powershell Commands
ServiceMax Go for Windows package is a standard MSIX packaged app, which can be installed silently using PowerShell cmdlets.

Contact ServiceMax support directly or through your administrator and request the latest package. Install the package using PowerShell cmdlets. For more information about how to use PowerShell cmdlets, see Managing MSIX with PowerShell and Appx Package.
