Data and Configuration Considerations
Attachment Sync occurs after Initial Sync is completed and the technician arrives on the home screen of the app. If Attachment Sync fails, you cannot initiate it separately. To re-initiate Attachment Sync, reset the app by tapping on More General > Erase Data and Reinitialize App.
Output document templates containing substantial amounts of data can cause the app to crash when the technician attempts to create and view the document. The primary causes are a large number of images or multiple images that are individually large. This issue is dependent on factors such as device type, available memory, and the OS version.
Platform security is strictly enforced. Field permissions on the platform that prevent technicians or profiles from accessing the objects or the fields can sync issues and the inaccessibility of the objects and the fields during Edit and View processes.
