Administrator
Business Administrator
Configures and manages the Go app using the Go Mobile Console. Responsibilities include setting up access permissions for technician profiles, manages sync settings, defines download criteria, configures SFM workflows, enables features such as location tracking, output documents, push notifications, custom settings, and group configurations for specific user profiles For more information, see Go for Administrators.
End User
Technician
Manages work orders in the field, executes step-by-step checklists, records parts consumption, labor hours, captures signatures, generates service reports, adds attachments, accesses Installed Base records. Continues working offline using locally synced data, synchronizes updates when connectivity is restored. For more information, see Go for Technicians.
