On iOS devices, the badge icon disappears when you clear all notifications manually by swiping or tapping them from your device notification tray only, not from the Go app notification center.

Prerequisite

On your Android phone running on Android version 14, you must enable Allow Settings alarms and reminders by navigating to Settings > Apps > Special app access > Alarms & reminders > Go if the Reminder frequency option is enabled for you in the Mobile Console. If the phone setting is not enabled when using the Go app, the Settings screen is displayed automatically on your Android device to enable it.

A badge is displayed on the Notifications icon if there are one or more unread notifications.

By default, all notifications are displayed. You can change the filter to display the unread and read notification lists.

You can use Mark all as Read in the notification center to quickly clear your unread notifications. When you tap Mark all as Read, all notifications currently shown in the list are marked as read. This option appears only when there are unread items, and it is hidden when all notifications are read or when you filter by Read. You can change the status of individual notifications by swiping right on a read notification to reveal the Mark as Unread option.

Configuration sync update notifications are hidden after you successfully perform a configuration sync or reset on your device. If your Last Config/Reset App Sync Time is later than the notification time, that notification does not appear the next time you open the Notifications screen.
