Prerequisites
Setting Up Connected App
1. Navigate to Salesforce setup > Apps > Connected Apps > Connected Apps OAuth Usage.
2. Search for the connected app ServiceMax Mobile Configuration App.
3. Click Install.
By default, all users are given access to the connected app. You can also manage the connected app policies to restrict the users. For more information, see the help from Salesforce Connected Apps.
*
If the connected app is not set up, you may see the error "502 Bad Gateway" while accessing the ServiceMax Mobile Console.
The URL has the following parameters error = OAUTH_APP_BLOCKED error_description = this+app+is+blocked+by+admin.

If you use Salesforce Classic experience, create a link for ServiceMax Mobile Console using the knowledge article here.
If you use Salesforce Lightning experience, create a lightning component to make the link or URL show up on the Home page.
Running Auto-configurator
To access the latest features in ServiceMax Mobile Console on an org running the current Core package version, you can choose to run the latest Auto configurator or upgrade to the latest available patch build.
