Enabling API for Technician Profile
Android and iOS
To successfully sync with the technician's device, ensure that the API Enabled is checked in the System Permissions section on the server for the technician's profile.
To check API enabled permission:
1. Navigate to Salesforce Setup > Users > Users.
2. Click the username that is associated with your technician profile and then click the Profile link.
3. Click System Permissions under System. The system permissions are displayed.
4. Click Edit and select the API Enabled checkbox.
5. Click Save.

You can enable the API Only User option at the profile level to prevent the technician from logging into the Go app through browser.
Windows
