Accessing Zinc
Zinc conversations are very helpful when you need to collaborate with your co-workers on any record and asset. You can directly contact them by accessing the Zinc app from your Go app.
To access Zinc from the Go app, perform the following steps:
1. Log in to your Go app with your valid credentials. The Calendar screen is displayed.
2. Tap the Zinc button on the top-right corner. The Zinc Conversations screen is displayed.
The Zinc button is available on the top-right corner of the Go app on all the home pages.
