Viewing Child Records
The line item sections on the left pane are used to list all child objects configured in the view process.
To view child records:
1. Click any of these objects to list child records corresponding to the selected object as shown in the following screen.
2. If the number of records exceeds 50, then pagination is applied and you will see the records with a tool bar for pagination as shown in the above screenshot.
 | • On FSA for iPad and FSA for Android Tablet, only four fields of the child lines are displayed in Landscape and Portrait mode, irrespective of the number of fields configured on the Page Layout. Tap the desired child record to view all the fields in a pop-up window. • On FSA for Windows, the scroll bar is enabled to view all the fields on the child record. |
3. DateTime fields are always displayed in full and not truncated.
4. Click the desired work detail record to view its details in a pop-up.
5. Click Open record to view the work detail record within the View Process screen as shown in the following screenshot:
6. Click Cancel to go back to the previous screen.
