In FSA for Windows, you can switch users to login with different credentials. To do this, click Switch User from the login page to login as a different Salesforce user.

When you enter the credentials of a different Salesforce user on launch, a warning message is displayed.

Switching user removes all the data downloaded previously and starts the initial sync for the newly logged-in user.

Cancel the Sign In, to log out from the app.
