Launching and Closing the App
This section describes the options and steps associated with the launching and closing of the application.
Prerequisites
To use the application, ensure the following:
• You must have a valid Salesforce user account, with access to all the required ServiceMax configuration objects, Apex classes, and VF pages. You can grant the required permissions by associating the Standard ServiceMax permission set with your Salesforce user account.
• Your Salesforce profile must be associated with an active ServiceMax group profile.
• Use the Mobile Configuration screen to define all the sync and data download options for the above ServiceMax group profile.
• Your application version must be compatible with the ServiceMax package (online app) installed in the Salesforce org.
• Set your Login Host to the required value.
