Config Sync downloads the latest configuration changes in online to your application. You may need this either to get any newly added configuration data such as objects, fields, SFM transactions, SFM searches, SFM wizards, and so on from online or to get any sync errors resolved.

Click the Sync Config Now button to start manual configuration sync.

You must have connectivity in order to perform Config Sync.

The Last Sync date time and the last sync Status is displayed in the Config Sync section. All date times displayed are as per the time zone, Region Format, and 24-Hour Time Settings configured in your mobile device/laptops.

When you click the Sync Config Now button, a prompt is displayed. On confirming to proceed with the configuration sync, you will be blocked from using the application. It is advisable to not stop the configuration sync process in the middle (by minimizing or closing the application).

During configuration sync, you can see the progress of the current sync.

On completion of config sync, a pop-up is displayed.
