Add Technician Image
You can display the technician image while locating parts on the map using the following steps:
1. Go to Chatter tab and click the logged in user's name. The Chatter Feed page is displayed.
2. On the left, the placeholder for the logged-in user's photo is displayed.
3. Click Add Photo in the placeholder area. The Upload Profile Photo dialog box is displayed.
a. Click the Choose File button to browse and select a file.
b. Click the Save button to save the profile photo.
4. Perform a Data Sync on the FSA. The logged-in user's photo will be updated successfully.

If the technician's image is not available, then the technician's initials are displayed.
