Engage Login
The Engage Login option allows you to log in as an Engage user and check some of the key configurations and ensure that the user can log in to Engage App. To run the check for Engage Login:
1. Navigate to Engage Setup Home > Global Settings > Troubleshooting.
2. Click Engage Login in Select a Test.
3. Click Select User. A picklist is displayed to select the user.
4. Click Run Check.
The checks performed are displayed in the Output Logs text box. The key points to note are:
The checks include:
Profile
Permission Set
License
Access to Required Configuration Data
The test checks up to landing on the home screen of the app.
The test does not check the specific function used in the app.
